Forum Issue with Navbar
 

I'm having an issue with the navbar how to change the forum button from the navbar and move it..

Please check the attached image, I have it set Home - Forum - The Team.. it's the setup I want, but when I go into the PM private.php the navbar is now Forum - Home - Forum - The Team.. How can I remove Forum from the very start of this?
