Forum Where is the Image Editor?
 

When I hover over an image in the editing region no pencil appears in Firefox or IE. How do I get to the image editor? My images are stuck out in space.

I would note that Chrome fails badly with images; the only choice it gives you is to upload a URL and it doesn't give you the option to visually display an image in the editing section.
