Image Upload Issue- Avatar
 

I am not able to upload Custom Avatars. When I attempt to upload an avatar I receive the following error:

I have already confirmed that I am using GD. Attachment 41123

I attempted a test Upload (same image that wont upload in the Avatar area) by going to the following:
Admin CP -> Maintenance -> Diagnostics -> Upload

The results of the test:
Pertinent PHP Settings file_uploads: On open_basedir: None safe_mode: Off upload_tmp_dir: None upload_max_filesize: 20.00 MB
I double checked the permissions for the customavatar folder & it is set to 777

any ideas?
