How do I move the thread and post o subforums to the bottom of the forum display page

i did some Changes in my website


take a look at the Picture

this is what it looke in my forumehome

the Problem is when i enter to forum display page

the thread counter and the post counter of the subforums Disappeared

i wont to do it like the first Picture like my forum home
