Forum Prevent remote linking to images ?
 

I run a forum where I encourage users to upload their images and attachments rather then remote link to them. As such I would like to prevent users from remote linking full stop. To that end can anyone advise how to prevent the deselection of the retrieve remote image and reference locally ?
