CMS RSS feeds - problem with foreign characters
 

When using a Widget with a RSS feed - all foreign characters do not show properly.

If I set the "HTML Character Set" (in the language settings in admin mode) to "iso-8859-1" the RSS feeds work perfectly, but then the forum threads do not show norwegian characters.

If I set the "HTML Character Set" to "utf-8" the RSS feeds do not show foreign characters properly, but then the forum threads show all norwegian characters perfectly.

This is very frustrating, and I am not sure what I can do. I have set my database to utf-8, and I do not have this problem with my existing SMF forum.

Anyone?
