Suite SQL error after upgrade
 

Hi, I have just upgraded to ver 4.0.0 PL1 and am now getting the following sql error when ever I try to access the administration on my site:

The only way I can get the admin page to open is if I add the following line to my config file:

define('DISABLE_HOOKS', true);

but if i keep this line in the blog or cms don't work .....

I did uninstall photoblog so not sure whats happening here - any help would be appreciated.
