Admin CP Standardize admin interfaces
 

Please standardize admin interfaces, the admincp is used to manage most vb functions, then the cms interface has some admin functions in the admicp and some individually in each section including layout and view access, then blogs is is even more confusing. it has some in admincp under the vbulletin blog category int eh left pane (obvious place) and then some buried under vbulletin options..

im guess some of this is because these were all separate products that are now being merged, but without reams of documentation (which we don't have yet) its kinda hard to figure it all out. if it was all organized in the admincp, any experienced vB admin would be able to get most of it pretty fast... instead i see myself and others fighting just to find where settings are located and how to mange things because the management interfaces vary.
