Forum Can not insert an image
 

I am unable to add an image using this button Attachment 41095 When I click on the icon to insert an image it doesn't do anything and the box does not pop up.

All I get is a message in the taskbar at the bottom of my screen saying "Done, but with errors on page".

Any help would be appreciated :)
