CMS "You are not subscribed to any forums"
 

After logging in and being redirected to the Home screen, and often when clicking on the Home link itself, users see the message "You are not subscribed to any forums" rather than the home page. Hitting refresh sometimes repeats the message, sometimes shows the correct page. Any ideas why?
