Forum Turning on blocks locked up my forum
 

I turned on my blocks and now my forum is completely locked up. I've tried killing all my sql processes, restarting my VPS, and no luck. It is stuck on "Copying to tmp table".

It's been down all afternoon and I'm at a loss. How do I stop this process?
