Forum Need to reinstall 4.0
 

Something went wrong in the upgrade and I lost pretty much all front end functionality in the forum side. You can't post, sticky threads, inbox is messed up, etc. I believe I need to reinstall vbulletin 4.0 suite. The mysql db file is 122 mb though, and the max file size mysql will allow you to upload is 50mb, so I somehow need to reinstall without having to reupload the website. How can i do this?
