Forum Changing the "welcome" message
 

Happy New Year! I'm sure the method for changing this must be right in front of me but damn... I just can't see it! How do I change the "Welcome to the (Forum title)" message that appears on the Forum Home page? As my Forum home page current exists, the Forum title is displayed, followed by Welcome to the Forum title on the next line, which looks pretty dickie.
