Suite About to give up on Installing!
 

I recently purchased vBulletin 4. I have a forum that is at a prior URL, that is 3.8.x - I want, to however, move it to a completely NEW domain. Thusly, I want to install a fresh copy of vb4 on newdomain.com and then move the olddomain.com vb4 mysql db.


1) Do I install vBulletin 4 first on newdomain.com
2) Do I download the full mysql db (all "Yes" when generating a back-up)?
3) When I tried, and logged in, it took my back to my old domain's admin page. Why?


Can someone with Aol Instant Messenger, or MSN Messenger walk me through this?

I've about given up!
