Uploading Avatar/Profile Picture Error
 

I Have vb 3.8.2

Currently when i or any other member now try to upload any Avatar/Profile Picture

I get this Message

Upload failed due to failure writing temporary file.

I asked my Host , as what is the problem they told me

" Please ask the Script Maker as it may be Need to chmood the images directory "

I tried everything but nothing seemed to be work
I have a VPS Hosting

please can anyone tell me how can i solve the problem i am facing huge problem along with my Mems they are very angry please any advice
