Suite CMS Sections & Catagories - Default Data?
 

I chose to install the default data to see examples, and work with it. I started to rename sections and categories, but it seems some of these things are linked to each other, even though I can't find it in the CMS control panel.

Example: the food section apparently ties in the travel section and displays food things according to country.
Categories:

• Asia & Pacific
• Europe
• Wierd and Strange Asia and pacific

How are these organized or linked? How do I break these links and remake them the way I want? Is there a guide or organization chart for sorting these out? I see that catgoires must belong to a section, but Strange and Wierd shows up in the News Category.
