CMS Setting up The pages
 

I am trying to figure out how to control what layouts are used on what pages. I set up some new articles but I do not see how to control the page layout of each, as in what widgets on on the pages and how they are layed out. I deleted the section that came with the program but when i create a new article it uses some of the old layouts I just do not see how to control this maybe I am miss something simple but it just seems random and i do not see how to change it
