Forum Navibar & Banner URL Link
 

I have a few questions with the new 4.0

1- How do i edit the nav bar? currenty the "Forum" button does not send my site to the forums page.

I get this error if i click the "Forum" link now

2- My banner links to that same error page as well. How do i change the banners link URL?

FYI I did have CMPS installed when i was running 3.8.x
Step by step would also be nice. This may sound simple to most but i cant figure it out.
