CMS "Go to last post" links in CMS section "Recent Forum Posts" still not working
 

This was discussed quite a bit in the beta forums, but since those are closing to posts and I've never seen a resolution to this issue, I've posted it here. Some of the posters I read in the beta forum suggested this had been fixed in RC4, but it certainly seems to still be messed up for me.

Issue: On the main CMS page, in the 'Recent Forum Posts" widget (one of the default widgets, completely unmodified), you can get a listing of the most recent posts in your forum. At the end of each preview of the post, there is an icon we're all familiar with, "Go to last post". If you click on the icon/link to "Go to last post", if that thread has more than two pages, you are instead dumped to the first post of the thread. Similar links in the main forum are fine.

Example:
In the main forum, a link goes to: http://forum.com/showthread.php?p=194765&page=93#post194765
On the CMS widget, same link is: http://forum.com/showthread.php?p=194765#post194765

This is really making it difficult for me to get my users used to the idea of using the CMS page...most are finding the direct link to the forums and just bypassing the CMS content entirely.

Any suggestions on fixing this, or a work-around until it's officially corrected?
