some doubts with pl releases
 

we are actually on 3.8.3 rite now, not intending to upgrade immediately.
We had noticed 2 security patches released with 3.8.4, so can we update the patch files alone, will this fix the security probs ??

I wanted to know this as I am worried if the patch files may conflict with the product release,
