CMS Image Problems Wraparound, Editor Mode
 

I am having a few problems now that I've started working with the CMS.

First off, people keep talking about the Switch Editor Mode, and I only found out about today, after using a DIFFERENT browser. Why doesn't it show up on Google Chrome?

And then also, I read that a pencil icon is supposed to show up when you hover over an image? Well it doesn't seem to work on FireFox... Nor IE7.
