CMS How do you create a navigation?
 

I would like to create a navigation for my site to show up on the left side column, how do I do this? I have 4.0 suite. It's very confusing, I would like one like the one you see on this site on the left side at www.edgegamers.org although they don't use 4.0, is it possible to accomplish something similiar or better exactly the same? My site is at www.brotherhoodofgamers.com
