Forum Error When Installing vb 4, Step 14
 

I've been attempting a fresh install of VB 4.0 and am getting a series of duplicate errors on step 14. I have included a couple below, but there are others, but they are all the same.

Is this an error that can be ignored? If not, how should I resolve it?
