CMS 'Premium' Story Won't Show To Unregistered Users
 

Basically, a story that is located in our Premium section (Permissions limited to certain users) won't show on the front page.

This is unusual because other premium stories do show just fine, and require a login when clicked.

I do not see any changes in the settings. The only difference I can tell is that story that isn't showing was posted by a different user; however, this user has full admin privileges as I do.
