What's the best way to get Pre-Sales Questions answered by vBulletin Staff?
 

I've noticed that in recent weeks* vB Staff members are not responding to threads in this forum.

For customers* like me* who have questions which may or may not affect our decision to purchase* where is the best place to ask those questions so that we can get a timely response (ie within 48 hours).
