Suite Forum Upgrade* not sure if I disabled VBSEO correctly.
 

I've got a really bad feeling I've messed up my upgrade by not turning off VBSEO correctly now my posts are found my non of my forums. I switched to Mod Rewrite Friendly URLs and now the posts are mssing too? Is there a way around this or will I have to revert to my backup and start again?
