Forum Import script from vB to vB?
 

Over the years my installations of vB have been hacked and re hacked and re hacked some more for one reason or another. This means the DB is full of added tables* columns* indexes and rows that may no longer be needed* used or even relevant anymore. So I was wondering with an upgrade to vB4 on the horizon* maybe it would be worthwhile for me to do a clean install.

Is there a script that exists that would allow me to import the vB stuff from 3.8.4 into another 3.8.4 database (a clean one)? This way it would remove all of the crap built up over the years and then the upgrade from 3.8.4 to 4.0 would be much smoother.

Does this exist?
