Suite Upgraded on a test site. No layout* just text on white page.
 

Hello*

I have done the following to copy my site to a test location to test out the upgrade.

1. Copied live forum files into a /vbtest directory.
2. Gave it a SQL database of its own* and imported SQL from the live forum.
3. Modified config.php to point to the new database and path.
4. After verifying a proper functional copy* disabled all products and plugins.
5. Uploaded 4.0 files and ran upgrade.php
6. Upgrade indicates everything was completed successfully.

Now* the test site shows a white page with no layouts* but links and text that would be normally on the vBulletin 4.0 Publishing Suite (http://www.risen-guild.org/vbtest).

Was there something I should have done differently* or a way to fix this?
