Blog Blog image control - Select Files not working
 

Intermittenly the Select Files button does not work
VB 4.0.0 patch level 1* IE8 and Firefox.

I have one user who tests for me. On his desktop computer* when he Inserts Image in a blog* the Add an Image dialog comes up* but the Select Files button does nothing. This behaviour is the same in IE or Firefox.

Here is what is strange:

On the same computer* if he logs in with a different user id* it works correctly.
On his laptop and on 2 other computers* if he logs in with his test account it works correctly (the test account that doesn't work on his desktop).
It's only on his desktop* with the test account.

He has shut down his browsers* restarted his computer and no change. But it works on other computers and for other user accounts on the same computer.
