Got stuck with the ImpExConfig.php

I got stuck in what to fill in for the ImpExConfig.php.

I wanted to transferred Wordpress to vBlog. I am not quite sure what to change in the ImpExConfig.php.

I have a backup database of wordpress named wrdp1.sql.gz*
(1) do I have to change the 'true' to 'false'? in $impexconfig['sourceexists']= true;

(2) do I have to create a new database first in Cpanel for the new wordpress database in vBlog before using Impex?

(3) What to fill up for the "mysql" (is it wrdp1.sql.gz for my case?) and "source" for the below?
