CMS How to Align text and picture like that?

And when i try add picture if i select (selected default) "Retrieve remote file and reference locally" option image not adding and uploading. whats the problem?

Need CHMOD anywhere? Diagnotics resulted no problem. In localhost no problem when adding pictures. but on remote server could not add.
