Notice not showing ...
 

I have read most of the threads in the forum regarding to this problem but i still cannot find a solution to this ...

What i did is i modify the code to do a simple test

What i did is I removed the CONDITION*

Without the condition* the notice work normally meaning based on my condition that I have set where the thread only appear only* it appear only ONCE BUT without this condition ...

The table still remain but the notice is gone after i refresh the browser.

Can anyone pls advise what seem to be the problem and why the following condition is not working as it should ...
