Installation Error (URGENT) Please help.

I just finished altering my config.php file* and I uploaded all of the content via FTP. This is what I get:

Warning: require_once(/home/content/h/e/r/herrs/html/includes/init.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/content/h/e/r/herrs/html/global.php on line 20

Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required '/home/content/h/e/r/herrs/html/includes/init.php' (include_path='.:/usr/local/php5/lib/php') in /home/content/h/e/r/herrs/html/global.php on line 20
