Forum Collapsing some categories and not others On my forum I want to set an archive area where I archive off older posts that I think are worth saving. I've done this by making a forum called Archives and defining it as a category* this acts as nothing more than a marker which separates off the top part of the board* with all the current traffic* from the bottom part of the board which contains the archives. Below this 'marker' there are several archives and each is given a name defined as a category* below each category there are threee sub-forums all of which contain the archived threads. As these are archives I'd like these categories to appear as collapsed when a user visits the board. Whilst these are collapsed the categories and sub-forums at the top of the board* which contain the current thread traffic* will remain in the default* un-collapsed display format. I can't find away to do this for each individual category and was wondering if anyone knew of a way to do this? Incidentally* every category that appears in the lower half of the board* i.e. below the marker category described above* refuses to collapse when I click on the collapse icon. Instead of collapsing it just dumps me back on the title_Header image! A Bug? Pete |
