Forum How to upgrade forum to Suite?

Please* help in trouble.

I have site www.abc.com - running on Mambo CMS
I have vBulletin 3.8.4 forum in www.abc.com/forum

I want to kill Mambo and install www.abc.com with Suite and Forum

How I need to do to upgrade forum to 4.0 and use it in Suite?
