Forum Header Links Moved Into Navbar?
 

I was wondering if anyone knows how to move the header links (so that's Welcome User* Notifications* My Profile* Settings* Log Out etc) into the navbar? Ideally I would like them to appear to the right of Home* Forum* Blogs* What's New.

If that's not possible* how do I move them down to just above the navbar?
