Forum To UPGRADE on the old SERVER First or on the NEW SERVER?
 

Here's a question.

Should I upgrade to v4 on my current server [doesn't meet the min system requirements] or on my newer server after files have been uploaded?

I have already tried unsuccessfully to upgrade on the new server and receive the following error:
