Forum Insert image permission problem
 

I have two accounts : one is admin and one is Registered. When I use admin account to post the new thread* I can upload the image from computer to insert into editor (not attach). However* when I use the Registered account* I can't do that. Forum allow me to insert the link of image only.

Please help me to solve it.
