Forum VB 4.0 System Time incorrect
 

How do I change the system time. I have changed the Admincp->Settings->Options->Date and Time Options | Default Time Zone to MST (GMT - 7hrs)

But the all times in the system are still reporting GMT or 7 hours ahead of my time. ex:

"All times are GMT. The time now is 06:49 AM." reported down by the copyright.

How do I get this setting to actually apply and display* or is this a bug.
