i just upgraded my from 3.8.4 patch 2 to 4.0 patch level 1

knock on wood everything went well but only question on navbar i only see Forum and What's new tab i mean am i only suppose to see those too or i should be seeing Home ( like CMPS ) and Blog too and if yes then how to install those or set it up someone please guide me
