Forum Exporting Content
 

Hi* how do I export the content from the Forum and import it back.
I'm currently using Publishing Suite* but I'm thinking to just using Forum instead.
Therefore* I'm going to uninstall Publishing Suite and install Forum.
How do I retain my Forum content and users?
Please do explain.
