Forum Files wont ftp up to server
 

Wierd... I am trying to ftp (upload) the 3.8.4 patch files before going on to the 4.0 current patch level but the 3.8.4 files won't ftp up to my server from my computer. I had no trouble downloading the files from the member's area to my hard drive. However* when i try to upload the files from the upload folder up to my server its like all the files are locked and they will not upload... neither can i delete the 'install/install.php' file

Any advice?
