User Interface New Thread/Post Interface Improvement
 

current new post interface: Attachment 40713

proposed new post interface: Attachment 40712

for threads* put prefix between icons and title.

also* it'd be great if you move "manage attachments" from additional options to where "post icons" are now.
many new forum users face hard times finding attachment options.

I honestly dont see the meaning of wasting so much space in the current interface.
