Alright* I am trying to move the entire Vbulletin Header down so that I can display a background image aligned wtih the top and have part of it visible* I am able to get some of the header to move but not all of it.

I can set a padding for Header_padding but all that moves is the vbulletin logo down and not the welcome stuff as well. but for some reason there is no toplinks padding or margin to move it or am I missing something* has anyone been able to completely move the header down.
