the new vb4 makes it very difficult for javascript-disabled browsers to subscribe or click on dropdowns. Using IE7* the dropdowns such as thread tools go behind the posts. There is no way to subscribe to posts with javascript disabled.this issue was not in vb3.6.3* the thread tools adds a nojs=1 variable which opens up a panel on click at the bottom of the page load.
