Suite Trying to Upgrade - Can not access upgrade.php
 

Currently running 3.8.4. I disabled all mods. Added define Code:
('DISABLE_HOOKS'* true);
to config.php. All files copied over. When I try to run the upgrade.php I get the following database error. Any idea what I did wrong?
