Forum Not receiving emails with 4.0.0 PL1 (emails were working with 4.0.0* RC5 I believe)
 

When someone registers with vB 4.0.0 PL1 they don't get an email to verify their email. When they request it they still don't get it. When a member forgets his password and requests another* they don't get an email.

This is a big problem! Test registering here. I'll delete your account the next day (just type in "test" so I know).
