Blog Blog "Full Next / Previous Links" Missing
 

<div>AdminCP -> Options -> vBulletin Blog: Display Page Options -> Full Next / Previous Links

Here is what it looks like when it's set to No.

I'm only seeing these symptoms on an upgrade and not a clean install.
It appears that the one or more of my templates have not been updated.
And reverting all of templates to default still has no effect.

Please advise on a solution on how to resolve this issue.
