I Upgrade From 3.8.4 Patch level 2

To 4.0.0 Patch level 1

And i see meny Error's after The Upgrade ..

In the index he says :

The website cannot display the page

HTTP 500
Most likely causes:

• The website is under maintenance.
• The website has a programming error.

And in the acp he says :
