Before the upgrade* I was using vBa and had a block that showed when I had a new user awaiting moderation.

I set up a test user after my upgrade* received the email from the site saying there was a user waiting* but when I go to admincp and click moderate user* there was nothing there. There should be something there whether the user has clicked the email confirmation link or not.
